Marlene Carpena is a Certified Life Coach specializing in Transitional Coaching methods. She takes an individualized approach in helping people tap into and reach their potential, so as to find fulfillment both personally and professionally. Together they develop an action plan and strategy toward reaching their goals.
She frequently works with those going through changes in their career, challenged relationships, divorce, complex family dynamics, aging parents and issues pertaining to work/life balance. She has an extensive background in helping individuals and professionals explore their passions, values, strengths, and core beliefs.
Marlene has the ability to make those around her feel optimistic and enthusiastic by helping them identify what they really want and to find the confidence they need to achieve their dreams. Through encouragement and education, she has helped countless people become their best versions of themselves.
Marlene’s coaching certification came through iPEC, which is an accredited program of the coaching industry’s overseer, International Coach Federation (ICF).
