What Does OnePoint BFG Do With Your Personal Information?

Why

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. It also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your information.

What

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This can include:

• Social Security Number and investment experience

• Income and account transactions

• Assets and investment objectives

We continue to share your information as described in this notice even when you are no longer our customer.

How

All financial companies need to share personal information to run their business. OnePoint BFG shares information for the following reasons:

• Everyday business purposes (such as processing transactions, maintaining accounts, responding to court orders, or reporting to credit bureaus): Yes, sharing. Cannot limit.

• Marketing purposes (to offer our products and services): Yes, sharing. Cannot limit.

• Joint marketing with other financial companies: No, we don’t share.

• Affiliates’ everyday business purposes (transactions and experiences): Yes, sharing. Cannot limit.

• Affiliates’ everyday business purposes (creditworthiness): No, we don’t share.

• Affiliates marketing to you: No, we don’t share.

• Nonaffiliates marketing to you: No, we don’t share.

What We Do

We use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards, secured files, and restricted buildings.

How we collect information:
We may collect information when you:

• Seek advice or enter into an advisory contract

• Show your driver’s license or provide contact information

• Tell us about your investment or retirement portfolio

We may also collect information from credit bureaus, affiliates, custodians, or other companies.

Why you can’t limit all sharing:
Federal law only allows you to limit:

• Sharing of creditworthiness information with affiliates

• Affiliates using your information for marketing

• Sharing with nonaffiliates for marketing

State laws and individual company policies may grant additional rights.

Definitions

• Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control.

  • Our affiliate: Bleakley, Schwartz, Cooney & Finney LLC (BSCF), an insurance agency.

• Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by ownership or control.

  • Examples: a OnePoint BFG Advisor’s new advisory firm, custodians, third-party investment managers, turnkey asset management providers (TAMPs), and broker-dealers.

• Joint Marketing: Agreements between nonaffiliated financial companies to jointly market services.

  • OnePoint BFG does not jointly market with nonaffiliates.

Other Important Information

If your OnePoint BFG Advisor ends their relationship with us (for example, moves to another firm, retires, or sells their practice), OnePoint BFG and/or the Advisor may disclose your personal information to the new firm or advisor.
