Seven-person team led by veteran advisor Rebecca Bast brings $400 million in custodial team assets and more than three decades of experience
PARSIPPANY, N.J. — September 10, 2026 — OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners (“OnePoint BFG”), a dynamic wealth advisory and financial planning firm, today announced its acquisition of Bast Financial Group, a Tampa, Florida-based wealth management firm led by founder and private wealth advisor, Rebecca Bast, CLU®, ChFC®. Bast and her six colleagues join OnePoint BFG, adding approximately $400 million in assets under management (AUM), as of 9/4/2026, and further expanding the firm’s presence in Florida.
Founded by Bast, Bast Financial Group serves business owners, executives and families with complex planning needs, including multigenerational wealth transfer. Since beginning her career in 1994, Bast has built an award-winning practice rooted in deep life planning and highly personalized service, earning recognition as one of AdvisorHub’s Top 100 Women Advisors to Watch in 2024. The seven-person team joining OnePoint BFG includes Bast, Parveen Hall, Daniel Geroge, Taylor McCullough, Elena Madrazo, Jonathan Clifford, and Jamie Hayes. The practice will operate under the OnePoint BFG name, with co-branding during a transition period.
