OnePoint BFG Reports World-Class 84 Net Promoter Score and 97% Client Satisfaction Amid 60% AUM Growth and National Expansion

Survey of nearly 2,000 clients reflect rising loyalty during a period of rapid growth, acquisitions and rebrand

 

PARSIPPANY, N.J.March 2, 2026 — OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners (“OnePoint BFG”), a dynamic wealth advisory and financial planning firm, today released results from its 2026 Client Experience Survey, reporting an 84 Net Promoter Score (NPS) – up from 83 in 2024 and firmly within “world class”[1] territory for professional services firms.

Additionally, OnePoint BFG achieved a 97% overall client satisfaction score, an increase from 96% in a prior survey, reflecting continued strength in client relationships during a period of market volatility and evolving planning needs. Client participation also generated over $18,000 in donations to three charities chosen directly by respondents.

“These results you are seeing mean even more in the context of the year we have had,” said Andy Schwartz, chief executive officer of OnePoint BFG. “We have grown assets, expanded nationally, added new leadership and successfully rebranded our firm – all while maintaining the utmost client loyalty. That tells us something important: growth and personalization do not have to be at odds.”

What is reflected in this survey follows a transformational year for the team at OnePoint BFG. The firm increased assets under management (AUM) by 60% year-over-year, growing from $9.1 billion at the beginning of 2024 to over $15 billion as of the end of 2025, alongside its rebrand from Bleakley Financial Group to OnePoint BFG. During this period the firm:

 

  • Surpassed $1 billion in inorganic net new advisor assets in the first quarter of 2025 alone
  • Completed its largest acquisition to date in 2025 with the addition of Spahn Financial
  • Expanded its senior leadership team in 2025, adding experienced executives across finance, advisor solutions, marketing and advisor experience
  • Introduced an advisor equity partnership model in 2025, with more than 80% of firm assets now managed by W-2 equity partner advisors
  • Acquired Minneapolis-based Voyage Wealth Architects in early 2026, adding $700 million in AUM and strengthening its Midwest footprint

Despite this rapid expansion and structural evolution, client loyalty and satisfaction improved, underscoring the firm’s emphasis on disciplined growth and cultural alignment. The firm plans to continue expanding its national footprint, investing in technology and operational efficiency and advancing programs that support advisor development and client experience.
